tb(tm)o:
http://www.tbtmo.com/
Rob Cantagollo's tb(tm)o label, and Sean O'neal'sFuzzybox label co-host the
monthly Hologram and Galactique parties at La Tazza, and the
Killtime respectively. Tb(tmo) releases incredible compilation
albums, the most recent of which are "tbtmo 18" and "Vibon".
Tb(tm)o seems to have picked up where Fuzzybox left off promoting
local and international ambient artists and getting them
distributed over West Coast's Darla label distribution network.
Longtime PAC(MaN) activists, tbtmo.com features an active
messageboard, and a great sense of humour.
Star's End:
http://www.starsend.org/
This is the homepage of Chuck Van Zyl's long running and
wonderful space/ambient/experimental program, Star's End,
broadcast from WXPN. The site contains an Events Listing, a
selected artists directory, and a very nice annotated
international web links page.
The Gatherings:
http://www.thegatherings.org
Chuck Van Zyl, Jeff Towne,
Art Cohen, and other conspirators invite more prolific
international electronic
musicians to perform in Philadelphia than anyone. You can find
out who
they've invited this month and learn about previous Gatherings.

Killadelph Sonic Terrorist Squad: http://www.215noise.com
215noise is a collective of disparate individuals who have made a
strategic alliance with each other for the advancement of
their musical interests. Aggressive noise, ambient, industrial,
and many more styles are represented.
If you enjoy Gate to Moonbase
Alpha, but desire more DIY anarchy and Noise, and a ghetto chill
out room, then check out
their monthly gettogether, ULTIMATUM.
Note: An earlier resource
description of 215noise.com that appeared on this page
caused
much misunderstanding. I apoligize.
PixEraver's Skinny on the local rave scene
http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Bistro/5148/
News from the ground up on philly raves and parties. Thanks to
Lisa I can remain in the convalescence of the Consortium
monasterywhile she goes to these events.

Phillymusic.com:
http://www.phillymusic.com/

papers as an important web resource for folks serious about
loving local music talent. Also check out Flipper's electronic

Groovelingo - Phillygrooves :
http://groovelingo.com
Tricia Gdowik's all encompassing Philly music site for news
and reviews of local bands and performances. A fine contribution
to the Philly scene.
Philly2nite
: http://www.philly2nite.com
A for profit Philadelphia arts and culture informational
website run by some
Wharton Graduates I know. They asked me to do an Ambient page for
the site,
so they've got to be cool, right? Right? So if you go there you
can get
info on movies, food, other genre's, a comprehensive event
calendar. Decent.
You will also find music articles written by me.
Camus' Party : http://www.campusparty.com
Allright,
their real name is campusparty.com but I thought it way too
jock-ish. The
rep who told me about this said campusparty was a popular name
with their
70 or so clients, blah, blah, blah. So I visited the all flash
site, and
they have a perplexing variety of events listed: from field
hockey to classic
cinema. There is probably something you didn't know about listed
on their
calendar, so I wasn't about to reject this offhand, it could come
in use
in a pinch.
